La Q3 43 es la versión de la compacta de culto de Leica con lente fijo de 43mm, la distancia focal que más se parece a la visión humana, y esta Edición Fórmula 1 la viste con acabados exclusivos y detalles de la categoría. Debajo del traje está la cámara completa: sensor full frame de 60.3 MP con triple resolución, óptica APO-Summicron f/2 y video 8K. Es una pieza de colección que además es una herramienta seria.
